''The woman was married but was living with her partner, also from Patna in Bihar. She allegedly hanged herself with a saree after locking the house from inside. Her body was found by her partner who broke open the door on Thursday morning,'' he said.
''She was taken to the primary health centre and then Goa Medical College in Bambolim, where doctors declared her dead on arrival. Her father has told us she was married in Patna and had a 13-year-old daughter,'' the official added.
