Talks between Azerbaijan and an Armenian delegation from Karabakh have started in the Azerbaijani town of Yevlakh, Russia's TASS news agency cited local media as saying on Thursday.
Sputnik Azerbaijan reported that a representative of Russian peacekeepers was present at the meeting.
The talks come after the breakaway region was forced into a ceasefire that stoked calls for the resignation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
