Storm Ciaran causes two deaths in Belgium - Belgian media

Storm Ciaran has caused two deaths in Ghent in Belgium, Belgian media reported on Thursday, citing local police.

At least one of the deaths was caused by a falling tree. One victim was five years old, Belga news agency reported.
