He said Kejriwal is the ''most vocal voice of the opposition'' and had he been out of jail, he would have campaigned for all the parties of the INDIA bloc.

''We are sure that to save democracy in this country and to protect the election system, the Supreme Court will definitely allow Arvind Kejriwal to campaign,'' he added.

The Delhi health minister claimed that for nearly two years, the Enforcement Directorate and the Central Bureau of Investigation have been investigating this case, issuing dozens of notices.
