Electrician Arrested in Navi Mumbai with Mephedrone Worth Rs 6.5 Lakh

Police in Navi Mumbai arrested 28-year-old Mobin Mehboob Khan for allegedly carrying mephedrone worth Rs 6.5 lakh. Khan, an electrician, was detained by the Anti-Narcotics Cell on Friday night in Patale village. He was found in possession of 65 grams of the drug and charged under the NDPS Act.

Police in Navi Mumbai have apprehended a 28-year-old man identified as Mobin Mehboob Khan for allegedly possessing mephedrone worth Rs 6.5 lakh. Khan, an electrician, was detained on Friday night by the Anti-Narcotics Cell while moving suspiciously in Patale village.

Upon frisking, officers discovered 65 grams of the drug in his possession, valued at Rs 6.5 lakh.

The accused has been booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance (NDPS) Act, and a case has been registered at the Taloja police station.
