Tragedy Strikes in Udhampur: Two Minor Girls Allegedly Raped in Forest

The suspects, identified as Dalip Kumar and Ravinder Kumar, both residents of Panchound, reportedly accosted the victims on their way home from a school picnic.

Police sources revealed that the girls, aged 16 and 17, were found unconscious the following morning and were immediately transported to Sub-district Hospital Ramnagar for medical treatment. A police spokesman indicated that the accused had initially fled the scene but were later apprehended by special police teams dispatched in multiple directions.
