Farmer Outfits Rally for CISF Constable Amid Kangana Ranaut Slap Controversy

In a significant development, a three-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been constituted to probe the incident involving BJP MP-elect Kangana Ranaut and CISF woman constable Kulwinder Kaur, officials announced on Sunday.
Several farmer organizations, notably the Samyukta Kisan Morcha (Non-Political) and the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha, organized a march in Mohali showing their support for the female constable. They demanded a transparent investigation, emphasizing the need for justice.
Farmer leaders submitted a memorandum to Mohali SSP Sandeep Garg, calling for an impartial examination of the case. The SIT, led by Superintendent of Police Harbir Singh Atwal, includes a woman officer and promises to submit its findings promptly.
