Court Dismisses Complaint Against PM Modi Over Election Speech

A special court here on Tuesday dismissed a private complaint filed against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The complaint by Ziaur Rahman focused on Modi's election speech earlier this year, where he claimed that Congress would redistribute wealth to Muslims if they won the Lok Sabha polls.

The decision came from the 42nd Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, presided over by Judge K N Shivakumar.
