Fugitive on the Run for 28 Years Arrested in Rajasthan

Gulzer, a man who had been absconding for 28 years in a cheating and forgery case, was arrested by police from his village, Malaka, on Saturday. A resident of Malaka village in Nuh district, he had been declared a proclaimed offender by a court in Rajasthan in 1996.

Gulzer, who had been evading arrest for 28 years in a cheating and forgery case, has finally been apprehended by the police. The arrest took place on Saturday morning in his native village Malaka.

Originally from Malaka village in the Tauru area of district Nuh, a case was registered against Gulzer in 1996 at the Tapukara police station in Rajasthan. He was subsequently declared a proclaimed offender by a court in Rajasthan after evading numerous arrest attempts.

Despite several raids conducted by Rajasthan Police at his residence, Gulzer managed to escape every time. Following his arrest, Nuh police have informed their counterparts in Rajasthan, a police official confirmed.
