Businessman Shot in Southwest Delhi Office, Suspected Personal Enmity

A 37-year-old businessman named Pawan Garg was shot by an unidentified assailant in his office in Bindapur, southwest Delhi. The incident occurred around 05:30 pm, and police suspect it to be a case of personal enmity. Garg is currently stable and undergoing treatment in the hospital.

A 37-year-old businessman was shot at by an unknown assailant while he was sitting in his office in southwest Delhi's Bindapur area on Wednesday evening, police said.

According to police reports, a PCR call regarding a shooting at Sanjay Enclave, Uttam Nagar, was received at Bindapur around 05:30 pm. Police quickly responded to the call.

The victim, Pawan Garg, was initially taken to BM Gupta Hospital before being transferred to DDU Hospital. Garg had sustained a gunshot wound to the left side of his neck but is currently stable and receiving treatment, officers confirmed.

Investigations revealed that Garg runs an e-rickshaw garage near his home. At the time of the attack, he was sitting in his office when an unidentified individual entered and fired at him.

Authorities suspect that the attack was motivated by personal enmity. The investigation is ongoing, and efforts are being made to identify the shooter, police stated.
