Ukrainian attack kills one civilian in Russia's Belgorod region, governor says

One person was killed and two injured on Thursday in a Ukrainian attack on the city of Shebekino in Russia's southern Belgorod region, the governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

Reuters could not independently verify his assertions and there was no immediate comment from Ukraine.
