Union Home Minister Amit Shah emphasized the focus on enhancing participative governance and seamless collaboration between the Centre and states at the recent NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting.
The meeting, held at Rashtrapati Bhavan and chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, aimed to achieve the goal of a 'Viksit Bharat' or Developed India. Shah shared these insights on social media platform 'X'.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Modi stressed the importance of setting zero poverty targets at the village level and tackling poverty on an individual basis rather than just through programs.
