According to the police, the fatal accident took place in the Sikandarpur police station's jurisdiction. Avyansh's mother, Amrita, had seated him in the courtyard and became occupied with her daily tasks. When she noticed that her child was missing, she frantically searched for him, only to find him in a pit meant for draining dirty water.

The family swiftly took the injured child to the district hospital, where, unfortunately, doctors declared him dead upon arrival. Authorities are investigating the circumstances leading to this tragic incident.
