The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has come under intense scrutiny after a heartbreaking incident in Ghazipur, where a woman named Tanuja and her three-year-old son Priyansh drowned in an under-construction drain.
The AAP has held the DDA accountable and demanded stringent action against the officials involved. According to the DDA, the section where the tragedy occurred had been handed over to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
With heavy rain contributing to the accident, the incident has sparked a political firestorm, with demands for action against Lt Governor V K Saxena and accusations of inaction from the BJP.
