Authorities in Ayodhya razed the illegally constructed bakery of Moid Khan on Saturday. Khan is accused of raping a 12-year-old girl and recording the act.

Ayodhya's District Magistrate, Chandra Vijay Singh, confirmed the demolition, stating that the bakery was unlawfully built over a pond. Moid Khan and his employee, Raju Khan, were arrested on July 30 in connection with the crime.

The incident was discovered when the girl was found pregnant during a medical checkup. The Chief Minister also linked Khan to the Samajwadi Party and assured strict punishment for the accused.
