Tragic End: Domestic Dispute in Sector 50 Results in Double Death

A young couple from West Bengal faced a tragic end in Sector 50 following a domestic dispute. According to the police, Prajapati Das, aged 24, allegedly strangled his 19-year-old wife, Shivali Das, before committing suicide.

The couple, married for just seven months, were found by Shivali's father, who lives nearby. On Sunday afternoon, he grew suspicious when his daughter did not prepare food and discovered the locked house. Peeping inside, he saw Prajapati hanging and Shivali lying on the floor. They were rushed to the hospital by neighbors, where doctors declared them dead.

An FIR has been filed under section 103 (1)-(murder) at the Sector 50 Police Station, and bodies are currently in the mortuary for postmortem examination. Police investigations are ongoing.
