Russia Thwarts Overnight Drone Attacks by Ukraine

Russia's air defence systems intercepted multiple drones launched by Ukraine. This included 11 drones targeting the Kursk region, five over Belgorod, and two in Voronezh. The total number of drones launched by Ukraine remains unspecified.

In a significant overnight operation, Russia's air defences successfully intercepted 11 drones launched by Ukraine, targeting the border Kursk region, according to the Russian defence ministry.

The ministry further reported the destruction of five Ukraine-launched drones over the Belgorod region and two more over the Voronezh region, situated several hundred kilometres south of Moscow.

However, the total number of drones deployed by Ukraine in the operation remains undisclosed.
