Gruesome Murder Unveiled: Two Arrested in Beheading Case

Two men were arrested for the beheading of Raj Kumar, whose body was found roadside. Investigation revealed the act was part of an occult ritual. The accused lured the victim, strangled him, and staged a suicide. The severed head handed over to an accomplice remains missing. Another suspect is still at large.

Two men have been captured in connection with the brutal beheading of Raj Kumar, whose body was discovered on the roadside on June 22, according to police reports.

The Teela Mod Police initiated an investigation and identified the victim, Raj Kumar alias Raju, 29, through CCTV and manual intelligence.

Officers apprehended the suspects, Vikas alias Mota and Dhananjay, both hailing from Bihar, on Thursday evening. During interrogation, Mota revealed that their third accomplice, Vikas, required a human skull for occult rituals.

The trio targeted Raj Kumar, who had a history of drug addiction. They lured him, served him liquor, and strangled him on the night of July 21-22, staging the scene as a suicide.

Post-murder, they transported and decapitated the body, handing over the severed head to Vikas. The victim's head is yet to be recovered, and the search continues, police said. Vikas is still at large, while Mota and Dhananjay are in custody.
