The top security forum will occur from September 12 to 14, according to state media reports.
Experts and scholars from Russia, Ukraine, and Israel are also expected to participate. Over 90 official delegations from various countries and international organizations have confirmed their attendance, underscoring the event's significant role in global security conversations.
