Teen Trio Nabbed in Delhi Extortion Plot

In a startling turn of events, three juveniles were apprehended in Delhi's Narela area for allegedly attempting to extort Rs 20 lakh from a businessman. The police, acting on a complaint, registered an FIR after the victim reported receiving threatening calls and voice messages from an unknown number.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer North) Nidhin Valsan explained that a detailed investigation exposed the involvement of one of the juveniles, who had been gathering information about the businessman's activities and orchestrated the extortion scheme.

Authorities conducted a raid, which led to the swift apprehension of the three teenagers, all residents of the Narela area. The investigation remains active as officials continue to delve deeper into the case.
