NIA Chargesheets Aides of Khalistani Terrorist Arsh Dala

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has formally charged two individuals linked to Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arshdeep Singh, also known as Arsh Dala, in connection with a terror-gangster syndicate case.
The NIA's chargesheet, submitted to the special court at Patiala House, identifies Neeraj Pandit, also known as Neeraj Faridpuria, and Anil Singh as key figures in the syndicate.
Investigations show Arsh Dala, affiliated with the Khalistan Tiger Force, financed the syndicate which plotted the murder of Jasveer Deeghot. Anil Singh is in custody, while Neeraj Pandit remains a fugitive. The NIA is resolute in dismantling these networks across India.
