Family Feud: Brotherly Betrayal in Delhi

In a shocking incident that underscores familial tensions, a habitual criminal in outer Delhi attacked his younger brother with a knife following a dispute over bail payments, police disclosed on Tuesday.

The accused, Wahid, who also goes by the alias Javed, has a notorious reputation in the Swaroop Nagar area for his criminal activities. Police sources revealed he stabbed his brother, Md Saqib, in a fit of rage when Saqib failed to cover Wahid's bail payment.

The violent episode came to the fore when authorities received an emergency call from BJRM Hospital on March 9. Wahid, apprehended shortly after, confessed to his crime, directing police to the knife used. Known for his previous convictions in robbery, theft, and arms-related cases, Wahid had recently been released from jail on March 7.
