Betrayal and Murder in Pune: Love Triangle Turns Deadly

In a chilling case of betrayal and murder, a 30-year-old woman and her lover have been arrested by the police in Pune, India. The duo is accused of killing the woman's husband and disposing of his body in a river. The incident came to light after the victim's body was found in the Nira river.

The body, discovered with hands and legs tied near Sarola village, sparked an investigation by local authorities. During the post-mortem examination, it was revealed that the man had been strangled. Initially unidentified, his identity was established through a garment tag found on his shirt, tracing back to a tailor in Darashiv.

The deceased was identified as Sidheshwar Bhosale from Sasanenagar, Pune. Allegedly, Bhosale's wife, Yogita Bhise, and her lover, Shivaji Sutar, saw him as an obstacle to their affair. They executed a plan to strangle him, conceal his body in a gunny bag, and dump it in the river. Both accused have been remanded into police custody pending further investigation.
