The Bombay High Court has rescinded its interim ruling that prevented Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) from finalizing tenders for ground and bridge handling services. This change follows the termination of the contract with Turkish firm Celebi.

Justice Somasekhar Sundaresan cited the Delhi High Court's recent dismissal of Celebi's petition against a similar contract termination at the Delhi airport. The judge stated that continuing the interim protection was untenable.

Following the revocation of Celebi's security clearance, Indo Thai Airport Services Ltd has assumed control over Celebi's operations at Mumbai airport. Celebi's plea challenging the revocation remains pending in the Bombay High Court.
