Temple Security Breach: Man Detained with Hidden Camera Glasses

A serious breach of temple security occurred at the Jagannath Temple in Puri on Tuesday when a man was detained for wearing eyeglasses equipped with hidden cameras, according to police reports.
The individual was caught when security personnel stationed near Beherana Dwara noticed a camera light flashing from his glasses. Following this suspicion, a thorough inspection revealed the unauthorized camera, stated Puri Superintendent of Police Pinaki Misra.
The man, identified as a local resident, was immediately taken to the Singhadwara police station for interrogation. Authorities are investigating whether he captured photos or videos inside the temple, which strictly prohibits such activities.
