Son's Desperation Leads to Tragic Forest Murder

In Gonda district, authorities solved a murder mystery where a man was killed by his elder son, burdened by debt. The son was upset that his father refused financial help and wished to leave wealth to the younger sibling. The son confessed after police investigations.

In a shocking turn of events, police in Gonda district revealed that a man was murdered by his own son. The elder son, overwhelmed by financial burdens, took this drastic step after his father refused monetary assistance and intended to pass on wealth to the younger son.

ASP (East) Manoj Kumar Rawat reported that Gangasagar was led into the Kuwano forest by his elder son, Anokhilal, under the guise of collecting wood. Tragically, a sharp-edged weapon was used to kill him there, leading to confusion as the son also presented himself as injured.

After extensive interrogation and investigation, involving five police teams and the Special Operations Group, it was unveiled that Anokhilal orchestrated the murder. He lured his father to the forest, and following a quarrel, used a 'banka' to commit the crime, later fabricating a story to mislead investigators.
