Mystery in Patna: Fatal Fall from Apartment Sparks Investigation

A tragic incident unfolded in Patna when Vikram Singh, from Bhojpur district, plummeted from the 10th floor of an apartment early on Saturday, resulting in his immediate death.

According to Krishna Murari Prasad, Sub-divisional Police Officer, Law and Order-1 (Patna), Singh's fall occurred as he, his wife, and three others headed for the lift after dinner. Investigators are exploring whether Singh's fall was accidental or due to foul play.

So far, witness statements suggest the possibility of Singh jumping from the building, but the police are examining all aspects, including potential substance abuse. The post-mortem is being conducted at Patna Medical College and Hospital, while two attendees of the gathering have been detained for further investigation.
