Deadly Attack on Police Personnel in Patna: Two Arrested

A Special Armed Police officer was killed and another sustained injuries in an attack by armed individuals in Patna's district on Tuesday, officials confirmed. The attack on the police personnel, who were accompanying a mining department team transporting a seized tractor with illegal sand, resulted in two arrests.
The incident unfolded shortly after midnight on Tuesday when a white SUV, carrying 7-8 men, confronted the mining team. These individuals aggressively attacked the team with rods and sticks, ultimately leading to the death of Officer Dukhharan Paswan and injuring Lakshman Singh, who is now receiving medical treatment.
In response, the senior police officials in Patna launched a swift search operation, apprehending two suspects. The ongoing investigation aims to uncover further details about the assault and those involved.
