Raj Kumar reportedly found his mother and their neighbor in a compromising situation in his home, prompting him and his wife to strangle both victims. The following day, Kumar transported the bodies to the police station, where he confessed to the shocking crime.

According to Sub-Inspector Lekhraj, Kumar admitted that his mother had been in a relationship with the neighbor for years. The authorities have sent the bodies for post-mortem examinations.
