The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has categorically dismissed the Congress' allegations of 'vendetta politics' aimed at Sonia and Rahul Gandhi concerning the National Herald case. The BJP insists that the Congress should instead focus on addressing the 'loot' accusations they're facing, rather than delivering speeches.
Following the filing of an FIR by Delhi Police against Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, the Congress accused the 'Modi-Shah duo' of engaging in 'mischievous politics' characterized by harassment and intimidation. The opposition party condemned the legal action as a 'bogus case,' expressing confidence that justice would prevail.
Ravi Shankar Prasad, senior BJP leader, underscored that the complaint against the Gandhis dates back to 2008, predating Narendra Modi's prime ministership. The FIR and subsequent charges of conspiracy and fraud, he asserted, stem from the discovery of a financial scheme involving a transfer of shares and property rights to the Gandhis.
