The Haryana Police's Special Task Force (STF) in Sonipat has successfully apprehended seven active members of the notorious Rohit Godara-Naveen Baksar gang. This decisive operation disrupted planned murders in Rajasthan and Delhi, officials reported on Monday.
In a collaborative operation conducted on the night between November 30 and December 1, the STF made these arrests, marking a significant breakthrough against one of the most active criminal networks in north India.
The confiscation included seven pistols, 197 live rounds, and eight mobile phones, underscoring the group's operational capabilities. The gang, led by the internationally based Rohit Godara, lures youth into crime through social media. The seven suspects were involved in high-level criminal activities, including weapon supply and planning violent crimes.
