At a public meeting in Devarakonda, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy declared Telangana as the leader in paddy production and law enforcement, notably in combating drug issues. Highlighting achievements under his administration and critiquing opposition, he praised Telangana's successful welfare strategies.
Reddy challenged claims that fine-quality rice is distributed elsewhere in India, asserting that Telangana stands alone in delivering it under the Public Distribution System. He accused the BRS party of failing the state and questioned its financial mismanagement.
Emphasizing ongoing welfare programs including a farm loan waiver and free bus travel for women, the Chief Minister assured people of brighter times and urged vigilance against previous leadership's shortcomings.
