Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, co-owners of a nightclub in Goa, have been detained in Thailand following a tragic fire at their establishment that claimed 25 lives.
The incident, which occurred at 'Birch by Romeo Lane', prompted an urgent international alert, with Interpol issuing a Blue Corner Notice at the Indian government's behest.
The Luthra brothers booked one-way tickets to Phuket soon after the fire, leaving India as rescue operations were still underway. Authorities in Phuket are working closely with Indian officials to extradite them for further investigation.
