Jammu and Kashmir's public grievance platform, JK Samadhan, successfully resolved over 88,000 complaints out of 1.02 lakh received in 2025. This marks an impressive 86.27% resolution rate, authorities announced on Sunday.
The data was presented during a review meeting led by Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, who assessed the system's performance across departments.
District-level citizen registrations have been exemplary, with Ganderbal achieving 115% coverage. Dulloo underscored the urgency of managing grievances effectively, urging departments to enhance communication and responsiveness.
