Trailblazer in the Judiciary: Justice Meenakshi Madan Rai

Born on July 12, 1964, in Sikkim, Justice Rai achieved a historic milestone on April 15, 2015, by becoming the first woman permanent judge of the Sikkim High Court, carving her name in the annals of the state's judicial history.
