Fatal Altercation in East Delhi: Barber Arrested for Murder Over Bidi Dispute

A 32-year-old barber named Manoj was arrested for allegedly murdering 28-year-old Deepak in a dispute over a bidi in East Delhi's Pandav Nagar. The incident occurred near Shashi Garden, where Manoj struck Deepak with a wooden stick. Deepak was declared dead at Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital.

A barber from East Delhi has been arrested following a violent altercation that led to the death of a 28-year-old man. The incident, sparked by a disagreement over a bidi, took place near Shashi Garden in Pandav Nagar according to local police reports.

Authorities received a call at 1.24 am regarding the disturbance. The confrontation escalated when the alleged assailant, Manoj, reportedly picked up a wooden stick and struck the victim, Deepak, multiple times on the head, leaving notable injuries and bruising.

Despite being rushed to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, the victim was pronounced dead on arrival. Law enforcement has registered an FIR, and further investigations are pending.
