Tragic Collision: High Court Lawyer Killed in Rash Driving Incident

A speeding vehicle fatally struck a High Court lawyer, subsequently injuring two scooter riders, in a tragic road accident noted by local law enforcement.

The victim, N Ramachandra Reddy, aged 61, was crossing a road in Sanjaynagar when hit. The incident, caught on CCTV, also injured two individuals on a scooter, Bharath (19) and Swati (23).

The driver, Shishir Patil, 18, faces multiple charges as police probe the cause, believed to be rash and negligent driving. Legal proceedings are now under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, with investigations underway.
