The CIC noted a trend of similar complaints from citizens facing issues in correcting demographic details in Aadhaar cards due to unclear procedures.

The CIC has advised the UIDAI to enhance its demographic update processes, ensuring transparency, user-friendliness, and timely processing in line with regulations.
