In a disturbing incident of youth violence, two youngsters, including a minor, were apprehended for allegedly stabbing a student near Ajmeri Gate in central Delhi. The attack occurred after a school examination, leading to the student's hospitalization in critical condition.
Authorities report that Sufiyan, 19, from Sadar Bazar, alongside a 17-year-old juvenile, were intercepted while attempting to flee from Old Delhi Railway Station. The incident, which took place on March 18, stemmed from a dispute with the victim, culminating in the violent assault outside an examination center.
The police swiftly initiated an investigation, tracing the suspects through CCTV footage. The offenders were caught and confessed during interrogation, revealing the assault weapon—a sharp mechanical tool—later recovered at the crime scene. The police continue their investigation into the case.
