An Israeli military airstrike has resulted in the deaths of at least four Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, according to enclave health officials.
The attacks, including gunfire and tank shelling near Gaza City, have raised tensions, despite the implementation of a ceasefire in October 2025. Health officials noted fatalities near Khan Younis and the village of Al-Mughraqa.
The Israeli military, while claiming no awareness of certain incidents, reported strikes against Hamas militants. Both sides accuse the other of violating the ceasefire, amidst a backdrop of escalating violence that has claimed the lives of over 72,500 Palestinians since October 2023.
