An incident involving a family drama turned tragic as a man, identified as Bhagwat Dayal, allegedly attempted suicide by jumping into the Agra Canal with his two sons, according to police reports. The event, occurring near Deeg Fatehpur Billoch village, unfolded when the man's motorcycle was found on the canal ridge.

Authorities reported the discovery of one son, Samrat, safe on the canal's bank, but the search continues for Bhagwat Dayal and his other son. The civil engineer from Ahmedabad, who was on leave, reportedly faced ongoing disputes with his wife, prompting this drastic action.

This act comes on the heels of a similar tragedy in Faridabad, where a dental surgeon took his life in the same canal. Both cases highlight the severe impact of personal conflicts, prompting urgent calls for increased mental health awareness.
