A man aged 45 died by apparent suicide after jumping off the Electronic City Metro Station in Noida's Sector 63 on Monday morning, as confirmed by local police.
Authorities received an alert about an unidentified individual leaping from the metro station, compelling police officers to promptly arrive at the scene and transport the injured party to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, the individual was pronounced dead by medical professionals upon arrival.
Police efforts are underway to confirm the deceased's identity. Preliminary analysis of CCTV footage suggests mental instability. The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination, and further legal actions are currently in progress, officials disclosed.
