Tragic Collision: Four Lives Cut Short in Village Road Accident

A tragic accident occurred near Arka village on Thursday night, claiming the lives of four young villagers and leaving one critically injured following a collision between a motorcycle and a tractor-trolley. The crash happened at approximately 9 pm, with five individuals riding the motorcycle when the crash took place.

The deceased, identified as Rahul (14), Akash Saroj (25), Aman (22), and Chhotu (20), were residents of Dhanpara village. Vikas Kaithwal, aged 18, survived but is undergoing critical medical treatment, police reported. Rescue efforts saw the victims rushed to the district hospital, where doctors confirmed the fatalities.

In the incident's aftermath, the tractor driver fled, abandoning the trolley on the scene. Law enforcement authorities are now scrutinizing CCTV footage along the victims' route, and a probe into the efficiency of local police patrols has been initiated by the Circle Officer of Manjhanpur. The families of the victims have been notified, and post-mortem examinations are underway.
