Tragic Birthday: Teen Fatally Stabbed by Friend in Delhi

In a tragic incident in outer Delhi's Narela area, a 17-year-old boy was allegedly stabbed to death by a friend on his birthday, police sources reported on Saturday.

The attack took place in Kureni village on Friday evening following a quarrel between the victim and the accused. A PCR call about the stabbing prompted police to the scene where they discovered the teenager in a pool of blood, with a fatal stab wound to the back of his neck.

The victim was quickly transported to Satyawadi Raja Harish Chandra Hospital, where medical professionals declared him dead. Authorities have registered a murder case, studied CCTV footage, and apprehended a juvenile suspect, recovering the knife allegedly used. The victim's grieving family claims the accused revisited their home with further violent intentions but fled when an alarm was raised.
