Ayush Grid Driving Digital Transformation
Speaking at the launch, Shri Prataprao Jadhav described Ayush Grid as a visionary digital initiative aimed at creating an integrated, transparent and citizen-centric digital ecosystem for the Ayush sector.
He said the initiative aligns with the Government of India's broader Digital India vision and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's focus on:
-
Ease of Doing Business, and
-
Ease of Living.
"Inspired by the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 'Ease of Doing Business' and 'Ease of Living', the Ayush Anudan Portal has been developed as a comprehensive digital platform," the Minister said.
Officials explained that Ayush Grid seeks to modernise the Ayush ecosystem through technology-driven governance and service delivery reforms.
Portal to Transform Grant Management System
The Minister stated that the Ayush Anudan Portal would bring significant improvements to the grant management process within the Ayush sector.
"The primary objective of this portal is to ensure 100% transparency, efficiency, accountability and easy accessibility in the grant management process," Shri Jadhav said.
The platform has been designed to eliminate dependence on manual paperwork and physical submissions by enabling institutions and organisations to complete the entire process online.
Officials said the portal supports paperless governance and is expected to improve administrative efficiency while reducing delays and procedural complexities.
Integration with NGO Darpan for Faster Verification
One of the key features of the Ayush Anudan Portal is its integration with the NGO Darpan Portal.
According to the Ministry, this integration will enable:
-
Faster authentication of organisations;
-
Automated verification processes;
-
Improved institutional credibility, and
-
Reduced scope for manual errors.
The Minister noted that the integration would make the grant application process more transparent, streamlined and reliable.
Single-Window Digital Access Through MAISP
The portal can be accessed through the Ministry's My Ayush Integrated Services Portal (MAISP), which serves as the Ministry's single-window digital platform.
Officials said the initiative is intended to simplify access to Ayush-related services and create a more user-friendly digital ecosystem for institutions, organisations and applicants.
Applicants can also directly access the Ayush Anudan Portal through a dedicated portal link.
Scheme-Wise Application Management Introduced
The platform includes a structured scheme-wise application management system that allows funding proposals to be categorised and processed according to the specific requirements of different Central Sector Schemes.
Officials explained that this feature will help improve:
-
Administrative coordination;
-
Proposal tracking;
-
Processing efficiency, and
-
Monitoring of grant utilisation.
The portal also includes a real-time application tracking mechanism that enables applicants and officials to monitor the status of proposals at every stage of processing.
Focus on Transparency and Accountability
The Ministry of Ayush stated that the launch of the portal reflects its continued commitment to:
-
Transparent governance;
-
Operational efficiency;
-
Digital transformation, and
-
Citizen-friendly service delivery.
Officials said the platform is expected to strengthen accountability in grant disbursement and improve monitoring of publicly funded projects within the Ayush sector.
The initiative also aims to create a more robust and innovation-driven administrative ecosystem.

Officials said digitisation of grant management processes would not only improve transparency and efficiency but also encourage greater institutional participation in Ayush-related programmes and research initiatives.
