Iran's top negotiator says 'enemy' moves signal new round of war

​Iranian ​top ‌negotiator and ​parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher ‌Qalibaf said on Wednesday that "obvious and hidden ‌moves by the ‌enemy" showed that they were seeking ⁠a new ​round ⁠of war.

In an audio ⁠message released on ​his Telegram account, Qalibaf ⁠also said that Iran's ⁠military ​had used the ceasefire ⁠to rebuild its strength.
