Pakistan's foreign minister says 'meaningful progress' achieved in US-Iran negotiations

​Pakistan's Foreign ​Minister ‌Ishaq Dar said ​on Sunday "meaningful progress" had ‌been achieved in U.S. and Iran negotiations, offering grounds ‌for optimism that ‌a positive and durable outcome is within reach.

Earlier in ⁠the ​day, ⁠Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif congratulated ⁠U.S. President Donald Trump ​for what he described as "extraordinary ⁠efforts" to pursue peace, ⁠adding ​that Pakistan remained committed to continuing ⁠talks and hoped to host ⁠the next ⁠round soon.
