The accused, Hukum Chand, was found guilty of stealing Rs 5,200 after causing a quarrel near RK Ashram Metro Station in early February. Utilizing thorough CCTV analysis and financial records, investigators quickly pinned Chand as the culprit, leading to a conviction by a Delhi court in late May.
