Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao Monday offered prayers at the famous hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara at nearby Tirumala. On arrival at the shrine in the early hours of today, Rao was accorded a warm reception by the top officials of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) that governs the temple.
