Three killed in accident

Three persons were killed and two others injured when they were hit by a speeding truck here, the police said today.

A family of five was standing on the roadside when the accident took place late last night, killing three persons, police station in-charge Avnish Kumar Yadav said.

Those killed have been identified as Satyapal (45), Mahendra Pal (40) and Monalisa (40), Yadav said. The truck driver has been arrested, Yadav added.
